It was the first time that my family had to organise a funeral - and we were absolutely clueless - till Ang Brothers provided the guidance and support we needed. (I'm thankful to the online community here who shared their reviews.)
When my father was in a post-surgery coma, I contacted Ang Brothers and Casper responded shortly with a detailed, comprehensive Buddhist funeral package - transparent; no hard-selling. Though I did not know when I would need to engage Ang Brothers for my father and I had not 'officially' engage them, Casper already helped to restore my father's photo regardless. When my father passed on weeks later, and we were clueless as to why HSA was involved, Casper kindly called immediately to explain the procedures and gave us clarity on what to expect. During our immediate moments of grief and bewilderment, Casper's call was the calming assurance that we really needed.
Along the way, whenever we had questions on e.g. paper products and customs, Casper, Dragon, Bee Bee and the Ang Brothers team remained respectful, patient and empathetic. They shared professionally and even gave me the heads-up on what questions my family might expect during the course of the funeral. To prevent overwhelming us, guidance was provided step-by-step in a timely fashion. While our relatives and friends thought my family would be very tired from the funeral, I must say that we weren't that bad as we only focused on spending time with our loved ones, leaving Ang Brothers to helm all other matters that would have exhausted us and taken our time and attention away from our loved ones.
